It is mentioned that the UNESCO Chair has presented Dr. Alida Dagnino Contini to the UNESCO – JUAN BOSCH PRIZE FOR THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL SCIENCE RESEARCH IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN 2026, with the Thesis “Between ghosts and promises. An analysis of the meanings of work in the narratives of young people from the Nueva York neighborhood of Berisso”.
Stage
In 2024, the stage of the Dr. Monica Cresmani has been promoted by the University of Calabria, with the institution that joins the network, with a focus on local development and human rights. The internship took place over 4 months, from March 14th to May 28th 2024. The on-site contact teacher is Professor Annamaria Vitale, a teacher from the international network. The student has worked with the local authorities, the Municipality, coordinating the stage with the University of Calabria and the UNESCO Chair.
