First Biennal World Conference
Towards the Foundation of a Universal Economy based on Human Rights
The Conference was born within the activities of the UNESCO Chair in “Economic Systems and Human Rights” of the National University of La Plata and it aims to be a regular event every two years. It will be held in Assisi at the Palazzo del Monte Frumentario (Via San Francesco, 5A), 330 meters from the Basilica. The conference will bring together academics and experts from around the world, including Europe, Australia, India, Japan, and more, to discuss issues related to the promotion of a universal economy based on human rights. The conference will lead to the publication of a book by Springer-Palgrave, with the participation of all participants.
