Acciones para la periferias
From the perspective of working with marginalized communities, as envisioned by the Chair since its founding, it is noted that:
– During 2024, work was carried out with Argentine NGOs to promote activities in indigenous communities in Salta, deprived of all human rights. Several small projects were implemented to promote minor structural improvements in access to water and employment, in addition to educational opportunities.
– In Africa, strategies for collaboration with new partners, as foreseen in the renewal project, will be defined, both in terms of training and the development of joint projects that strengthen marginalized communities.
Otras actividades:
Currently, work is underway on four main project lines:
- One in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Water Management at the University of Perugia, to promote actions for permanent sustainability.
- The second project aims to promote exchange and internship opportunities for students within the Erasmus+ program, in collaboration with a group of European universities. It is currently under review.
- The third project seeks to promote an educational program on economics and human rights, funded internationally, for communities in the periphery of India.
